PuppyPlan is a puppy training planner for first-time dog owners. This policy explains what data the Android and iOS apps handle and how to contact us.

Information We Handle

PuppyPlan lets you enter a puppy profile, including dog name, age, breed, training goals, common behavior problems, living situation, and owner experience. The app also lets you create training logs such as potty, crate, walk, and behavior records. If you use AI coaching features, the app may also handle the user questions you choose to submit. If you report an AI coach answer, the app may handle the question, answer text, and report reason you submit.

How Information Is Used

The app uses the puppy profile and training logs to show daily training tasks, training cards, log summaries, and coaching tips. AI coaching requests may use your puppy profile, recent training logs, and user questions to generate training guidance for app functionality. This information is not used for advertising. AI coach answer reports are used to review content safety, debug app functionality, and improve filtering and moderation.

Sharing

Most PuppyPlan data remains on your device for local app features. If you use AI coaching features, AI coaching requests may send your puppy profile, recent training logs, and user questions to PuppyPlan servers and a third-party AI provider, such as DeepSeek or OpenAI, so the app can return training guidance. If you report an AI coach answer, the report is sent to PuppyPlan servers so we can review the flagged response. PuppyPlan does not sell this information, and it is not used for advertising.

Storage And Security

PuppyPlan stores profile, progress, and training data locally on your device using the app storage available on Android and iOS. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to view information stored in the app.

AI coaching requests and coach answer reports are transmitted over HTTPS. PuppyPlan limits these requests to app functionality, content safety, and debugging, and does not add advertising SDKs, advertising networks, or cross-app tracking for them.

Training Safety

This app provides general training guidance only. For medical issues, aggression, or severe anxiety, consult a veterinarian or certified trainer.

Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you edit or delete it in the app, clear the app data from system settings where available, or uninstall the app. AI coaching request records may be retained by PuppyPlan servers or the third-party AI provider, such as DeepSeek or OpenAI, as needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve app functionality. Coach answer report records may be retained by PuppyPlan servers as needed to review content safety, debug, moderate, and improve app functionality.

Delete Your Data

You can delete PuppyPlan data by using the in-app delete option, clearing the app's local storage from system settings where available, or uninstalling the app. If you need help deleting local data or want help with AI coaching request or coach answer report records, contact us at support@puppyplanai.com.

PuppyPlan is intended for general puppy training guidance and is not directed to children.
